CLD is a boutique interior design company based in Baltimore, MD.  Established in 2017, Christina was looking to bridge her talents and passions to create not only a great career, but the lifestyle she desired.

"At this point in my life I had worked several corporate positions - made good money, had good benefits...and though I did this well, I was not satisfied.  The Creative in me was slowly being suppressed.  I remember saying to myself - this year is the year of definition - How are you going to live your life Christina..." CL

After many prayers and several nights of brainstorming, CLD was established. Christina had completed several home styling and renovation jobs for friends and family over the years and knew this was a career she could expand in while utilizing her talents and passions.

"Even as a child, I had a passion for interior design - I credit my mother and grandmother for peaking my interest.  I would constantly redecorate my bedroom - convincing my mother to order things from the catalogs that came in the mail.  I even sparked a few of my parents renovations then.  It's surprising to me, now looking back, that I did not pursue my degree in Interior Design - but that's apart of my story for another time." CL

Once CLD was established, Christina reached out to some past co-workers from her previous career in home loans as well as realtor friends and family.  Through her network, she was able to secure several meetings that gave her an opportunity to showcase her services and gain customers.
